Sold items will turn red and be marked as sold
Important: Only communicate via email. I
will not accept requests via Facebook messenger, instagram, What's app
etc...This is to make it a level playing field as much as possible
EU/Worldwide Shipping
Unless
asked to do otherwise, I will mark the customs declaration as “gift” with a low
value (so no tax to pay). Although there are no problems doing this when
sending to the US or Australia, customs
in the EU have been over-zealous since July 2021, so records can get
stuck in customs for a number of days. Although I will mark packages as gift
with a low value some countries (Germany in particular) tend to charge import
duty (usually under € 10).
USA: No
problem with “tarrifs”. Royal Mail charge a £1.50 admin fee on top of postage,
but I send as gift with a low value. I have sent many packages this year to the
US and no problems encountered so far. Packages might just stay in customs a
couple of days more
Grading
I don’t
use the term Mint. I don’t believe
that records manufactured over 30 years ago, even if unplayed, can be called
mint.
Grading:
Record/Cover
EX: Means either “near mint” to some light very marks with
hardly any noticeable noise. Sleeve has no or only minor wear.
VG: Means means some minimal background sounds and more
pronounced marks which do not affect the listening experience in a major way.
Sleeve may be creased, minor discolouring, the odd fraying, some ringwear, seam
split and perhaps some writing.
G: Means noticeable clicks or pop, may have scratches,
but doesn’t skip or jump. Sleeve may be ripped, tape repair, large writing,
sticker removal damage etc...
Fair: Not a pleasant listening experience, the disc is
damaged, just a stop gap before upgrading. Sleeve is badly damaged, not one to
frame on the wall...
Poor: I don’t sell records in poor condition
Please
note that in many cases Youtube clips are for reference and not from the record

Catchy Glam (Great chorus) by this Liverpool
band. The track didn't get released in the UK, but only came out in Holland.
This UK acetate has 2 different mixes, with the best one with more reverb and
echo. Acetate sounds fine |

OBSCURE GLAM. With a tenuous grasp of
English, Ms.Gun really gives her all and lets loose(Listen to those SCREAMS!)
on Let’s Have a Party and comes across like Suzi Quatro with dollops of
Brenda Lee twinned with Minnie Mouse over an updated Burt Blanca backing
track... Cory Gun was a pseudonym used by Polish star Karin Stanek but god
knows how she ended up on this Belgian production |

Matayo is in
fact Paul & Barry Ryan and this gem of a track I like Rock ‘N’ Roll is a Rocker, but it
really takes you somewhere else entirely as well. The strange and eerie
production is superb –the massed choir and churchy organ are positively
drowned in reverb and give the song a real hypnotic feel. Somehow I think of
The Raspberries on Quaaludes or it could have fitted on that first Eric
Carmen album if only Eric was hanging out with Alex Chilton at the time.
