Postage costs added on top at cost. All items will be sent
registered and tracked when this service is available.
I will update a master list on this special blog page https://purepopsetsale.blogspot.com/
Sold items will turn red and
be marked as sold
Important: Only communicate via email. I will not accept bids via Facebook messenger, instagram, What's app etc...This is to ensure I do not miss any bids
EU/Worldwide Shipping
Unless asked to do otherwise, I will mark the customs declaration as “gift” with a low value (so no tax to pay). Although there are no problems doing this when sending to the US or Australia, customs in the EU have been over-zealous, so records can get stuck in customs for a few days. Although I will mark packages as gift with a low value some countries (Germany in particular) tend to charge import duties (usually under € 10)
NOTE for US bidders: I will be at the Austin Record Convention, arriving on the 27th May – so I could meet any winning bidders there
Grading
I don’t use the term Mint. I don’t believe that records
manufactured over 30 years ago, even if unplayed, can be called mint.
Grading: Record/Cover
EX: Means either “near mint” to some light very marks with
hardly any noticeable noise. Sleeve has no or only minor wear.
VG: Means means some minimal background sounds and more
pronounced marks which do not affect the listening experience in a major way.
Sleeve may be creased, minor discolouring, the odd fraying, some ringwear, seam
split and perhaps some writing.
G: Means noticeable clicks or pops, may have scratches,
but doesn’t skip or jump. Sleeve may be ripped, tape repair, large writing,
sticker removal damage etc...
Fair: Not a pleasant listening experience, the disc is
damaged, just a stop gap before upgrading. Sleeve is badly damaged, not one to
frame on the wall...
Poor: I don’t sell records in poor condition
Please note that in some cases Youtube clips are for reference and not
from the record for sale

Blinkers – Hello Blinkers/Goodnight Blinkers – Private (UK)
Hear clips from the record itself https://www.ecommerceplayer.com/player/420DAA91-F1B3-4D83-B300-469956F812AA |
Incredibly rare artefact (especially with the
sleeve). Blinkers was a Manchester nightclub and Godley & Crème (10cc)
were commissioned to write and perform on both sides of this single that was
handed out/sold to patrons on the opening night (1969) Hello Blinkers is a
top Mod/Freakbeat dancer. Record is visually VG, but plays at least VG+.
The sleeve has a red stain – see pic |
